Didn’t think the Premium was going to be totally worth it, but if you are as obsessed with sleep as much as myself it’s totally revolutionary. I also suffer from sleep parallysis so the “Dreamless Sleep” binaurial beat is literally a life savior. Coudln’t be happier with it overall, just make sure you have the headphones with subwoofers.
