great for relaxation or sleep

I love this app. I have it on my imac and also on my ipad for when I am away from home. It lets you make your own favorite blends of sounds. I use it to block out other noises because I am a light sleeper and this really helps. I use it every night. (I love the frogs!) If you are looking for an app to provide a great selection of sounds that you can combine however you want either for background noise during the day or to use when you are sleeping, this is perfect.
